I have Microsoft Office 2010. I am doing a mail merge in Word with a link to access database. I want to know if it is possible to run through all the records but then go back to the first record and start all over again. I.e. is there a way to step through all records then go back to beginning within same document. I’m sure in an earlier version of Word I remember seeing merge fields like “First record” “Last Record” but all I can see now in drop down list for ‘Rules’ is “Next Record.”

    Thanks

I am probably not much help except to suggest looking into looping. I found several blog posts descirbing hiw to do this so try a search usinf the keyterm looping and see if it helps.
